Frederik B. van den Bergh is Dutch and Swiss national, has a Masters Degree in Law from Leyden University and a MBA from INSEAD. Over 30 years of experience in international, sales and general management positions with global responsibilities in blue chip companies like Gillette, Sara Lee, Braun, Coleman, Black & Decker.
Sector specialisations: renewable energies, hardware, personal care, household and domestic appliances industry and related retail channels.
He worked and lived in a number of countries in Africa, the Middle East, Americas and Europe.

Geo
Wehry Following a long Dutch family tradition, Geo Wehry chose for Soft Commodity Trading. He started his career with
Nidera Trading in Rotterdam in 1990. Three years later he switched
to Commodity Trade Finance with MeesPierson NV (now ABN AMRO Bank).
After 6,5 years in the Commodity Sector, Geo Wehry moved to the
Structured Finance department to build the Leveraged Buy-Out Finance
desk.
In late 2000 he left the bank to start an
Executive Search Firm specialized in Investment Banking. In 2006 he
expanded his services to encompass Commodity Trading & Commodity

van den Bergh is a German national, holds a
BSc in Psychology from the Open University in Milton Keynes and is a
certified Systemic Process Advisor.
Anne has acquired more than 15 years of international experience
with Xerox and with Big Four Firms in the consulting industry,
accompanying business process reengineering with a strong focus on
Change Management, HR, personal and organizational development. With
solid experience in the industry and search expertise, she fully
understands your fundamental needs and finds you outstanding
candidates for your company.
Anne is specialized in consumer goods, office equipment, health and
the consulting industry; she is fluent in German and English and
conversant in Spanish. |

GERALDINE DUNOYER – MONTERO
is a French national with a solid
experience of over 15 years as General Manager.
She is particularly strong in
Private Banking, Wealth Management and Human Resources. As an entrepreneur she
was also the Executive Director of two
companies in France, where she was the majority shareholder in both
of them. In addition she has directed a film festival for
humanitarian causes and raised the necessary funding by major
sponsors in watch and luxury industries and banking and financial
institutions.
She holds a Masters Degree from
the l'Ecole du Louvre and l'IESA. Géraldine speaks fluent French,
English and Spanish. |

Desmet is a French
national. She holds a Master`s Degree in Sociology and has extensive
experience as director’ assistant for more than 10 years. She is an
excellent observer with a strong ability of understanding the
dynamics of networks, positions and issues to help both,
client needs and candidate wants. Amélie is specialized in the
fields of the Watch Industry, the Construction Industry and the
Medical Industry.

25 years of industry experience as a sales, marketing, operations
and general management executive in companies like Sandvik, Elkem,
BTG,Primus, Coleman and Sunbeam. Held worldwide leadership positions
in medium sized companies and international, regional and country
positions in large companies across Europe, United States and
Canada, Asia, Latin America and Africa. He has worked and lived in
many countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas. |
