JOB TITLE                     Area Manager – Haute Horlogerie  - Emirates

MAIN PURPOSE

§  Join existing area sales manager and management part of commercial and strategic activities for a Haute- Horlogerie Group in the Emirates

§  Coordinate with marketing team in defining Marketing & Communication strategy for those respective countries

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

           Key responsibility 1

Coordinating sales in 7 different countries (mostly Arabic), including 2 external boutiques in KSA

§  Development of the TO of those growth-potential countries & ensure that clients meet their targets

§  Monitoring of each POS stock: replenishment proposals, assortments definition & implementation

§  In charge of placing orders and adequate excel reporting by customer

§  Push sell-out of the products

§  Definition of the network animation (both external boutiques and multi-brand outlets): incentives, promotions, exhibitions & marketing operations in cooperation with retail and marketing team

§  Regular visit to the countries (estimation : 10 days per month)

§  In coordination with a dedicated Brand merchandiser and trade animator: define local trainings and make sure of adequate merchandising and visibility of the brand

§  Ensure collection of payment on time

 

Key responsibility 2

In relation with marketing team, assist in defining marketing & communication plans

§  Collaborate in defining Marketing and communication yearly plan

§  Follow action plans’ implementation and monitor cost

§  Pricing: elaboration & analysis of the price structures

§  PR strategy: assist in defining & implementing action plans, launch of new products, concept development & organization of local events

§  Media strategy: assisting in defining & implementation of the Media plan

§  Sales’ analysis/forecast by market

§  Competitors’ monitoring

 

DIMENSION

 §     Geographical area under responsibility : 7 countries (mostly Arabic ), including KSA and Africa .

§     Sales turnover under responsibility : 30% of total sales

§     Number of customers / Point of Sales : 8 and 20 POS
