Company a leading manufacturer and supplier of air filters for use in a variety of commercial applications.

With an extensive air filter product range they select and provide the best performing air filters whether customers operate a gas turbine, service a commercial building’s air conditioning system, work in a paint spray booth, or are installing a hospital operating theatre or work in a semi-conductor clean room.

Products include air filter media, through panel and bag filters, to HEPA filters and filter housings.

Major Clients/Channels


B2b, Industry, direct to customer (ventilation  companies, painting ateliers, auto motive ac; housing, hotels, building ) service agreements even more important than product

Candidate Background/Experience


Knowledge of turnaround of sales organisation; size: ca. 15 people in Germany + more in case of regional development Europe, Budget for Germany, Switzerland and Austria is €25 million.

Qualifications


No degree necessary but would be a plus
Solid and proven sales management experience; close to his people;
Natural leader, negotiation with responsibility for total sales in absolute but also for yield of gross margin

Work to be performed


Managing the accounts as well as salesforce; make salesforce turn around plan focusing them on profitable sales; business development implementation

Key success factors


Sales +10% year after year, GM% above 30%, OP over 10%, (bonus will be based on OP delivery), Quality improvement of sales force.
