As a "boutique" company, ImaS does not have a large back-office .
To avoid conflicts of interest, the selection of clients a group process involving all consultants.  All consultants do handle the search process entirely, from beginning to end. 

We do not employ Search Assistants: but work through direct contacts, this allows us to better understand our client needs and the candidate skills and personalities. This is more effective and time saving, a win-win deal for all parties. We also maintain and interview costs and expenditures to a bare minimum. This is an added benefit which we offer to our clients in addition to flexibility, pro-activity and outstanding service.

ImaS is a member of Worldwide Global Organisation . We do work internationally, usually directly with the candidates, especially in Europe and  the Middle East, or indirectly using the multi-site set-up of MRI 1000 franchised offices in the world.
